UK Delivery
We aim to carry all items in stock but goods are generally painted and upholstered to order which can take a few days. Stock permitting, goods are usually despatched within 15 working days and depending on the delivery method it can take a few more days to arrive. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives that can take up to 12 weeks from day of order.
Delivery Charge for Mainland UK
Rate 1 - Accessory Items and Small Furniture by Courier.
Cost: £9.95 per delivery address.
Delivery times: Monday to Friday only, time not specified but card will be left if you are not in to receive the item.
Please allow 2 working days for your delivery from time of dispatch.
Rate 2 - Furniture By One Man Home Delivery.
Cost: £50 for first piece and £10 for every additional piece after that. Chairs and small items are boxed in pairs.
Delivery times: Monday to Friday only, day will be given in advance but time on that day cannot be specified in advance. Please allow 5 working days for your delivery from time of despatch. The following post codes are subject to a 50% delivery surcharge: KW, IV, AB, PH, DD, KY, FK, G, EH, ML, KA, DG, TD, PA, LL, SA, LD, CF, NP, SY, HR, GL, BS, BA, TA, EX, TQ, PL, TR, DT, ME, CT, NR, IP, CO.
Rate 3 - Heavy Items by Two Man Home Delivery and Customers who require our assembly service.
Cost: £80 for the first piece and £20 for every additional piece after that. Chairs and small items are boxed in pairs.

Christmas Special Promotion of Free Delivery
During the Christmas Special Promotion we are offering Free Delivery on those items shown in the 'Half Price Kids' and 'Christmas Special' Categories, this service is a One Man Delivery Service with no assembly and they will take the item to your doorstep or other selected location that can be navigated with a trolley. It is the customers responsibility to open and check the item when it is delivered to ensure you are happy to accept it, once signed for it is agreed that the item has been "received and accepted in good condition" no claims for damages will be accepted after that transaction even if you select at your own risk to not open the item before Christmas Day.
You can of course add other items not included in this Free Delivery Promotion to the Delivery of your Christmas Specials but they will be charged at £10 for a small item and £20 for a big piece, this service still excludes assembly but for the big pieces they will be taken to a room of choice.

The Free Delivery offer is for us to deliver Free in time for Christmas
ie by 24 December and supercedes our normal terms to dispatch within
15 working days.
We do not accept Christmas Specials Back due to unsuitability and if you are in doubt come and see the furniture in St Helens or do not buy them and pay the full price for goods that you know come with the security of our full returns policy due to unsuitability. The Offer of free delivery is only whilst stocks allocated to this promotion last and goods must be ordered by 1 December to obtain this service.
Northern Ireland, Eire and other Overseas Countries & BFPO
We can arrange for a specialist shipper to quote for delivering your furniture purchased from us to an address outside of Mainland UK, if you accept that quote we can arrange for them to come and collect the goods from us. Please do note that if you select to use our recommended shipper it is done so at your own risk and you must arrange with them or another insurance company for the goods in transit to be adequately insured in the event the shipper damages your goods. Any claims for damages must be pursued with them and not us.
Access of Pre-built Furniture
As the majority of our furniture is fully assembled real furniture it is vital for that access points are measured in advance of your delivery. We will make sure our staff do all they can to assist and will explore every possibility to get the furniture to the final position that you desire. However, if they think it is not possible then we may ask to leave the item in a safe and convenient alternative location. In addition to this if our delivery team think that they may damage the item or your personal property navigating difficult accesses then the same will apply. If we are asked to take goods back due to them not fitting into the final position that you purchased them for then we are unable to refund the delivery charge and an additional re-stocking fee will be charged of £150.
Damages and Shortages
Any damages, shortages or faults must be notified to the delivery team at the time you receive the goods. We ask that you unpack and carefully check your furniture to ensure you are completely satisfied with its quality and condition. Please do not hesitate to call us on 0870 850 6207 if you have any issues during the delivery process but marking "Goods unchecked or unwrapped" will not give you any insurance against then trying to return damaged items.
